▪ Very Important Notices!!!!!

1. Local 37 Scholarship application will be available at the January 22nd meeting at 7pm

2. There will be a Blood Drive on  March 26th  3:30 to 7pm

3. Applications for the Apprenticeship Program begin April 19-30th 10-12 noon.

4.  Rodeo is May 8th all welcome

5.  The Annual Golf Tournament will be on Saturday June 26th 8am

6.  Active Members- there is a printout available for all your 2009 hours which can be helpful at tax time

7.  If you worked for Builders Resource or Hallmark Construction and received your social security statement, the social security was not paid.  Bring your W2's to Social Security and have them credit the amount due.

8.  A wage and benefit sheet was sent to each member with a complete breakdown.  You can deduct Monthly Dues and Hourly Assessment and a portion of the Impact Fund.  Stop by the office if you didn't get one.

Union Meeting Times Update:
*January and February meetings will still be held on the the fourth Friday but will begin at 7PM.
*Journeyman upgrade for welding has reopened on Monday nights 5-8pm. Testing also available on Mondays.
*Welding tests will be held January through May on each Saturday, following a union meeting, at 7am. Contact Dave Langlais for more information or to sign up. 
*Impact Labor Management Conference will be held in Orlando FL February 21-25. Roy will attend as our representative.
 
Vacation check dates:
April 7th mailed on the 9th
August 6th mailed on the 10th
December 7th mailed on the 9th
If you would like your dues deducted from your vacation check, stop by the office and fill out an authorization at least 1 week before vacation checks are due out.
New - If you chose to cash your check at Citizens Bank, and you do not have an account, you will be charged a fee of $5.00 for each check over $100. They will also require non-customers to provide identification, along with a fingerprint through inkless fingerprinting, at the teller window before cashing a check over $100.
Make sure the office has your current phone and/or cellular number!!!!!!
